FIFA 23 is bringing a lot of new features to Career Mode, from a new menu that will make it easier to navigate to a new player personality system that will allow fans to gain extra points and improve their players outside the skill tree. FIFA 23’s personalities are based on how the player acts on and off the pitch and will give gamers a boost in certain attributes to benefit their play style. This new system allows players to be more niche and focused on certain aspects of the game, whether that be as a deep-lying playmaker or a greedy striker.
