A Final Fantasy 7 Remake modder has wonderfully responded to complaints on the modesty of their Cloud Strife outfit model. Cloud Strife is the main protagonist in FF7 and fans are enamored with his character, making fan-made content adjusting his appearance very popular. The first part of the remake of Final Fantasy 7 was released in 2020 on PS4 and finally released on PC in late 2021, allowing for the inclusion of mods that alter Midgar for players.
Among the FF7R modding community, creator Juijub is well-known. Their popular creations include a mod replacing FF7 hero Cloud with Zack Fair and one giving Cloud Strife a leather jacket and a tight, cropped turtleneck. However, some in the community responded negatively to the latter, demanding that the modder cover the protagonist's toned stomach to provide a little more modesty.

Juijub's recently provided a response to the backlash regarding the Cloud leather jacket mod. According to Kotaku, the modder updated the Leather Jacket Cloud page on NexusMods with the description "His stomach's covered now :)". However, instead of covering Cloud's stomach with clothing like some might've been expecting, Juijub decided to cheekily cover the protagonist's lower belly with a tattoo.
