Swordhand Of Night Jolán is a specific Spirit Ash that can be unlocked at the end of Count Ymir's questline in. This questline involves visiting the various Finger Ruins of the Land of Shadow and ringing the bells within. To start the quest, speak to Count Ymir at the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. This is the large building surrounded by water on the east side of Scadu Altus.
Count Ymir's quests are straightforward; he will give you a map leading to one of the Finger Ruins, and your task is to ring the bell within. Once you ring the bell in the third ruin, the Finger Ruins of Miyr, you'll enter a boss battle against Metyr, Mother of Fingers. Metyr is weak to Bleed damage, so bring along Spirit Ashes like Dung Eater Puppet or weapons like the Bloodhound's Fang. Metyr drops one of the many Remembrances in alongside 420,000 Runes.
After defeating Metyr, head back to Count Ymir. When you get to the Cathedral of Manus Metyr, you'll get attacked by Jolán in an Invasion. Defeat Jolán, and you'll then contend with Count Ymir, Mother of Fingers, who has taken Metyr's powers for his own. Once that is done, Jolán will lay defeated nearby.
