Like previous FromSoftware games, there are multiple endings that Elden Ring players can get based on the actions they take throughout the game. In total, there are six different Elden Ring endings for players to see, but a new leak reveals that a seventh ending was supposedly planned for the game only to be cut prior to launch.
YouTuber and data miner Garden of Eyes has discovered Elden Ring's secret 7th ending hidden away in the game files. Apparently the quest Elden Ring players need to complete to actually unlock this ending in-game was cut for whatever reason, but the cutscene itself remains intact. Garden of Eyes uploaded a video showing off this 7th Elden Ring ending, and while it was ultimately cut from the game, there are still SPOILERS for Elden Ring ahead.

This new ending features the appearance of a five-fingered hand, as opposed to the Two and Three Fingers that players encounter elsewhere in the game. Garden of Eyes believes this entity is the One Great, which is mentioned by the NPC Hyetta. However, there seems to be some debate about this in the comments on the video. Others think that the video is really just an elaborate April Fools' prank, though it's worth pointing out that data miners have indeed found evidence of a possible 7th ending inElden Ring before.
Regardless of whether or not this cutscene is legitimate or an April Fools' Day prank, Elden Ring data miners have found other content that was cut from the game.
