Malenia is considered by many to be the most brutal fight in Elden Ring, and quite possibly in all games released by FromSoftware. All of her attacks heal her, even if the player blocks them, and she can also unleash a flurry of hits that are incredibly difficult to avoid. It’s a two-phase boss fight that takes place at the end of a late-game optional area called Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. Players do have the option of using Spirit Ashes in this fight, but an Elden Ring modder takes it to the next step by summoning the final boss of the game.

For those not in the know, Elden Beast is the final boss of Elden Ring but there is no option to summon it in other fights, so this footage is only possible with the help of mods.
