Highroad Cave can be found within Stormhill in the northern parts of Limgrave in Elden Ring. According to the game description, Highroad Cave is occupied by Wolves, Giant Bats, and Land Octopi. Additionally, there’s a tomb hidden deep within the cave, which later turns out to be the boss’s room.
The Highroad Cave is one of the early game locations where Elden Ring players can access to collect some upgrade Materials. However, Tarnished should be careful, as the cave is much larger than it appears.

The Highroad Cave can be found in the north-most part of Limgrave near the Saintbridge Site of Lost Grace in Elden Ring. After teleporting to the Saintbridge bonfire, there doesn’t seem to be a path leading to the cave, as the bridge is too high and surrounded by cliffs.
The only way down without taking any damage is to jump on the Spirit Spring on the right side of the bridge near the Saintbridge Site of Lost Grace.
After jumping down the river using Torrent, sprint north past the Land Octopi and enter through the Highroad Cave’s entrance on the left (west) side of the wall. Light the Site of Lost Grace, and make sure to bring a torch, equip a small lamp, or use an Elden Ring Spell to light the path, as the highroad Cave is dark.
To start off, head north through the entrance, then jump down carefully into the opening on the ground while using the small platforms to minimize the damage.
Proceed down into the only route until reaching a large room filled with Wolves that are ready to ambush from all directions. After defeating the wolves, jump down through another opening in the ground to continue exploring the Highroad Cave.
