Techland has been quite busy with Dying Light 2's updates since launch, already releasing several patches and fixes across all platforms. The team also introduced the game's first free DLC coming today, which allows you to join the Peacekeepers and receive unique items.
The Authority pack DLC for Dying Light 2 Stay Human consists of three pieces of gear that grant you the full Peacekeepers set collection. Players can claim those items for free at the Epic Games Store, Steam, Microsoft Store, and PlayStation Store starting from February 14. Here's the official page for the first-part giveaway.

As shown in the special trailer below, the game's protagonist Aiden Caldwell will receive a stylized chestpiece, joggers, sneakers, headgear, bracers, gloves, and a unique heavy hammer. The first part of this DLC available today includes only the three first items, while the others will be available later this month.
Once your set is complete, you'll get the full Peacekeepers appearance and can navigate the City as a member of one of the game's most influential and powerful factions. The former soldiers, known for their authoritarian and aggressive habits, are determined to bring law and order to the new post-apocalyptic world, fiercely cleaning the streets of all threats. Earlier the devs revealed that more faction-inspired gear should be expected in the future.
Launched just over a week ago, Dying Light 2 enjoyed a pretty big start, landing on 24th position in Steam's most-played games ever with its 270,000 concurrent players. The devs announced that at least 3 million unique players experienced the sequel during its first weekend.
