After its predecessor got almost a full decade's worth of free post-launch DLC, Dying Light 2: Stay Human seems to be going in a similar direction with free goodies dropping in every so often. Developer Techland, has just announced the release of the second portion of the free Authority DLC, allowing players to dress up as one of the Peacekeepers.
While the long-term plans for Dying Light 2 DLC are still a tad murky, the fact that Techland is already pushing out armor sets just a few weeks after the game's launch should be a good sign of what's to come. Specifically, this particular piece of downloadable content is part 2 out of 3 that make up the Authority Pack DLC itself, and it should complete the Peacekeeper look well enough.
Dying Light 2 Trick Lets Players Get Through Locked Doors Easily
While there's no telling just yet what Authority's 3rd DLC pack will include, it's worth pointing out that the latest lineup includes three more «Intimidating» items. Specifically, players who claim this DLC will get a pair of gauntlets, a windbreaker, and some leather guards. Combined with Dying Light 2 Authority DLC pack 1, which came with a jacket, cargo pants, and high-top sneakers, it's easy enough to look good while fighting off volatile zombies.
It has previously been announced that the third part of Dying Light 2 Authority DLC will include one entirely new weapon, presumably the two-handed hammer-looking monstrosity that was featured in the DLC announcement trailer. Not a huge list of content in total, then, but a neat addition for players that want something new to play around with.
