As players explore the Houndfield district in Dying Light 2, they will stumble upon a Nightrunner's Hideout in the southern region near the Trinity border. The small hideaway is quite distinguishable with its quaint architecture, yet fans should be wary as they approach since hostile enemies or zombies may be roaming nearby. Inside, the walls are boarded up with large, flat wooden planks about the room in Dying Light 2. Yet, players can enter a small opening leading to someone's past living quarters within the shelter's interior.
A Nightrunner's Hideout Safe can be found sitting on a workbench within the hidden refuge. Without the combination, players will not be able to retrieve the strongbox's loot. However, those who have the Nightrunner's Hideout objective active in their HUD will notice that the quest marker is behind the wall opposite of the Safe. Therefore, to unlock the Nightrunner's Hideout Safe in Houndfield, players must find a way to enter the hidden room behind the wall and repair the Safe Zone's generator.
