There’s a hidden village you can unlock very early in Dragon’s Dogma 2 — or you can miss it entirely if you’re not talking to everyone in Vernworth. One of the best locations for archers is also shrouded in secrecy. A secret Elf enclave is located in the deep forests to the northwest of the capital, but outsiders aren’t allowed inside. This quest unlocks the Sacred Arbor — the town is located to the northwest of Vernworth in Malachite Forest. The elf village is packed with Archer associated gear. You’ll find special Elf weapons and armor. Elf smiths also provide different types of bonuses when enhancing gear.
You’ll find the Archer Maister in the Sacred Arbor. The father of Glyndwr will provide Maister Training after completing the ‘A Trial of Archery‘ quest. You’ll need to complete the quest successfully — which can be done very early in the game.

And finally, you’ll meet the Archery-Maister in the Sacred Arbor. Look for the NPC Taliespin in the Arborist’s Home.
You don’t need to reach Max Vocation to unlock these rewards. All you need to do is complete
