FromSoftware has made some impressive games that have been well received by gamers over the years. With that being said, it seems as though its most recent title, Elden Ring, could be the game studio's most popular title to date. Introducing an open world called the Lands Between, the game gives players an enormous amount of freedom to explore. As numerous players continue to play Elden Ring, YouTube streamer Dr Disrespect has come up with an idea to keep the game relevant moving forward.
Like many other high-profile content creators, Dr Disrespect was swept up in theElden Ring craze following its release. At one point, the streamer even proclaimed that he was possibly the best Elden Ring player in the world. While the Doc has started to play other games again, such as Fortnite, he apparently still has FromSoftware'slatest title on the brain.

During a recent live stream from April 1, Dr Disrespect discussed the potential of an Elden Ring tournament after a viewer in his chat proposed the idea. The Doc was a bit skeptical of the idea at first, stating that it could be hard to pull off unless there was “full customization.” However, he began to like the concept and began to think of the possibilities of making a tournament built around speedrunning the game. “I guess I could see an Elden Ring tournament working,” he admitted.
Dr Disrespect went on to speculate what a potential Elden Ring speedrunning tournament could look like. According to the YouTube streamer, he envisioned the tournament tasking players to complete a certain set of objectives, such as defeating a selection of bosses.
