Destiny 2's The Witch Queen expansion came with many interesting changes to existing mechanics, such as the additional Origin Traits weapon perks and the rework of Void subclasses to match the Stasis system of Aspects and Fragments. The Void 3.0 update changed many things, among which the fact that Hunters lost their niche interaction between Combat Provision, Heart of the Pack, and Omnioculus, which is something that made the class viable in high-end content. Combat Provision was split into two different Fragments, with one half of it actually being changed and losing the grenade energy gains when making allies invisible, and Heart of the Pack was completely removed from the game.
This was seen as an overall nerf to Hunters with the Void 3.0 changes, and while that is true, the cloak-wearing class also got a rather powerful buff to Moebius Quiver, which also makes it quicker to cast. In fact, Destiny 2's previous iteration of Moebius Quiver allowed Hunters to shoot six separate arrows and move while midair, which meant that the Super would only be effective when hitting all six shots, and it also took a long time to use. The new version of Moebius Quiver, however, shoots a volley of three arrows simultaneously, and it shoots it twice, meaning that players can land the same amount of arrows more easily and very fast, increasing the Super's DPS.
