Destiny 2 is a game heavily based on shooting and looting. With a primary focus based on players' loadouts and how they face either other players in PvP or the forces fighting against Guardians in PvE, what weapons a Guardian wields is usually integral to how well they perform in battle. Over the years since Destiny 2's launch, this has led to some legendary Destiny 2 weapons being farmed by players so that they can head into the next expansion or update wielding more powerful gear.
The Witch Queen is the latest expansion to drop for Destiny 2, and though some players were farming up weapons prior to the launch of the expansion, now that it is released they have been finding some useful farming paths that can give out legendary loot. One Destiny YouTuber and streamer known as Gladd recently made a video showing players how they could get their hands on the Funnelweb SMG in the Witch Queen using a unique tactic.
Destiny 2's Most Popular XP Farm is Getting Patched
The farming technique requires players to set up a Stadia account and link it to an already existing account that has access to the Witch Queen and other Destiny 2 expansion packs. After linking his main characters from Steam to Stadia, Gladd then loads the game up on Stadia. As Destiny 2 is now free-to-play, this meant that Gladd could load up the game without its DLCs for free on his Stadia account. Using his Steam characters, Gladd then shows his viewership the location of the farming pattern.
