The Staccato-46 is a brand new Solar Scout Rifle in Destiny 2, and it has some amazing perks for the best god roll. Staccato-46 is a Precision Frame weapon that has a fire rate of 180 rounds per minute, putting it in the same class as the Vault of Glass' Scout Rifle, namely the Vision of Confluence. Fortunately, the Staccato-46 is a much easier weapon to acquire than the Raid Scout, and its available perks may even make it better than Vision of Confluence as well.
There aren't too many Solar Scout Rifles in general in Destiny 2, and since Anti-Champion Scout Rifle mods are frequently part of seasonal artifacts it's a good idea to get Staccato-46 as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this particular weapon cannot be crafted in Destiny 2 which may make getting its god roll difficult. However, there are plenty of great perk combinations for Staccato-46 that Guardians may enjoy, and with Solar 3.0 in full swing now is the time to get the new weapon.

Staccato-46 is part of the World Drop weapon pool, which means players can get it from any activity that doesn't have a dedicated loot pool. It also means that Guardians can get the Scout Rifle by focusing Prime or Umbral Engrams through Master Rahool. Finding the god roll may be challenging since players have to rely upon RNG to get what they're looking for, but fortunately, there are plenty of activities in the game that can be completed to farm World Drop weapons in general. Lastly, for players who may be struggling to complete the Duality dungeon in Destiny 2, Staccato-46 is perfect for dealing with long-range snipers and up-close enemies alike.
