Destiny 2: The Witch Queen comes out in just a few days, and some fans have already received the collector’s edition of the game. The Destiny 2 community has been speculating about The Witch Queen for weeks now, and fans will not have to wait long to get their answers.
The deluxe edition of The Witch Queen comes with seasons 16-19, two Year-5 dungeons, and a few exotic items. Every season in Destiny 2 adds a lot of new content, and fans can also choose to purchase each season individually. Season of the Risen launches alongside The Witch Queen’s release on February 22, and Bungie has now detailed how Destiny 2’s Season Pass will change in the coming expansion.

The latest This Week At Bungie post contains a lot of new information on various changes coming to Destiny 2. The section on Season Pass states that Seasonal armor with high stats will get re-introduced, with individual pieces awarded between ranks 57 and 87. Legendary Engrams are now replaced by focused tier 2 Umbral Engrams, one for each armor piece. Additionally, the Season Pass emblem is replaced by a Season Pass Sparrow, while scrounger bonuses have been overhauled.
Bungie mentions that, save for the emblem, no other items have been removed from the Season Pass in Destiny 2. Other changes include consolidation of Glimmer and Legendary Shards to make room for high-stat armor and the addition of some Upgrade Modules. The order of some rewards has been changed, and Bungie then confirms that it will share a full list of patch notes next week.
