Kojima Productions has announced that Death Stranding Director’s Cut will be making its way on to iPhone 15 Pro, iPad and Mac on January 30. The port, announced last year, will be available on every iPad and Mac running on an M-series chip, and iPhone 15 running on the A17 Pro chip.
Originally slated for release in 2023, publisher 505 Games had announced a delay into 2024 for Death Stranding on Apple’s devices, stating that it needed a little more time to develop the port before it can be released in early 2024.
Death Stranding Director’s Cut on iPhone, iPad and Mac was announced alongside other titles, which include Assassin’s Creed Mirage, as well as Resident Evil Village and Resident Evil 4. Capcom’s titles have been released on iPhone, iPad and Mac as of December, with Resident Evil 4 and its Separate Ways DLC being the latest Apple release. Resident Evil Village was released on Apple’s hardware back in October.
Kojima Productions is currently working on other titles, including a new horror game titled OD, as well as a rumoured sequel to Death Stranding.
