A recent leak suggests that the long-awaited Dead Island 2, first announced back in 2014, will finally release in 2022. While Dead Island 2 was announced in 2014, troubled development has plagued the survival horror sequel for years. A fake Dead Island 2 trailer teased the title's presence at E3 2021, but this was sadly proven to be a hoax.
