For some, it may be hard to imagine that Behaviour Interactive has been going for nearly three decades, with it being founded on September 21, 1992. While many associate the name with Dead by Daylight, the studio is responsible for such things as the mobile game Fallout Shelter made in conjunction with Bethesda, Wipeout 3, adaptations of Iron Man and Happy Feet, and so much more. To celebrate thirty years of being in business, the developer will be putting on a showcase, which may reveal DbD updates, sneak peeks, and a premiere of the company's next release.
As spotted by VG247, the actual event will take place on August 3 at 1:30PM EST. Dead by Daylight fans can tune in to the event via the studio's official YouTube or Twitch channels. Exactly what will be revealed during the showcase cannot be said at this stage, but a hint on Twitter suggests it has something to do with the W in Resident Evil: Project W, though it's possible it could stand for Wesker. At the very least, it sounds like the next major update for DbD will be discussed during next week's showcase.
Dead by Daylight Delays New Features
Behaviour Interactive seems only too keen to have special events, which often treat fans or drop hints to upcoming content. Recently, Dead by Daylight had its Double XP Weekend, which helped players earn Iridescent Shards, one of the game's currencies. Not to mention the fact that the developer is consistently rolling out patches, which implement a lot of new ideas and also add to its roster of killers and survivors.
