If your team of heroes keeps finding themselves burnt to a crisp after engaging the Librarian, this guide can help. Read on to find out what you should - and shouldn't - do if you want to extinguish this boss for good.
The Sprawl is a region your Stagecoach will occasionally pass through on your journey to the Mountain. Once a city of scholars, when the heroes arrive it's in the process of being torched by book-burning zealots. If you chance upon a Lair called The Great Library, fighting your way to the top floor will bring you face-to-face with the Librarian. He's joined in the frenzy, and won't stop until he sees every book in the building - and anyone who tries to stop him - burned to ash.

The fanatics on the lower floors, as well as the Librarian himself, make heavy use of Burn so equip any Trinkets you have that provide Burn Resistance. This is an enemy type that rewards aggressive play, and the best strategy is usually to end the fight before your enemies have a chance to power up.
Lastly, since the fanatics are themselves highly resistant to Burn, it might be best to avoid the Sprawl if the Runaway is in your party as her usefulness will be limited there.
