One of the achievements of Nintendo's 2020 hit Animal Crossing: New Horizons was its extensive roster of over 400 villagers. These avatars serve as more than just space fillers, since each villager sports their own appearance, birthday, personality, and living space. This assortment of variables helps to make interactions with each villager a unique experience. Though players will often come across some unlikable villagers as a result, these negative personalities help to bring the world of Animal Crossing to life and makes for a more realistic social experience. Whether positive or negative, some villagers have become so memorable to fans that many believe these stand-out Animal Crossing villagers should have their own spinoffs.
