Cyrce's Circlet Gem Types and Effects - TWW Patch 11.0.7 PTR

With the first Patch 11.0.7 PTR build, we learned more about the new Cyrce's Cirlet ring, including the name of its slots and some of the spell effects associated with the ring's gems.

Gem Slot Names

The Cyrce's Circlet has three gem slots. Each slot can hold one type of gem:

• Singing Thunder Gem
• Singing Sea Gem
• Singing Wind Gem

Citrine Gems

We also datamined 12 different Citrine Gem effects. We don't know exactly which gem slot will use each, but here is the list of effects.

• NEW Your spells and abilities have a chance to shield an ally with lightning, absorbing the next \ damage taken for 10 sec.
  While the shield persists, attackers take 10% of the amount absorbed as Nature damage.

• NEW Your spells and abilities have a chance to whisper a sea shanty to 5 nearby allies, healing them for \ health over 5 sec.
  Used by Item
• NEW Your spells and abilities have a chance to bathe an ally in restorative water that jumps to 2 nearby allies, restoring \ health to each of them.
  Used by Item
• NEW Your spells and abilities have a chance to cast a random Singing Citrine effect at 150% effectiveness.
  Used by Item
• NEW Grants \ Stamina and increases your size slightly. In addition, being above 80% health causes attackers to take \ Frost damage.
  Used by Item
• NEW Your spells and abilities have a low chance of triggering the Singing Thunder Citrine effects of 4 nearby allies.
  Whenever an allied player dies, this effect is triggered immediately.
  Used by Item
• NEW Grants \ of every secondary stat.
  Used by Item
• NEW Grants \ Mastery.
  In addition, all other Singing Citrine effects are increased based on your total Mastery.
  Used by Item
• NEW Grants \ of your highest secondary stat.
  Used by Item
• NEW Your spells and abilities have a chance to zap an enemy dealing \ Nature damage.
  Used by Item
• NEW Your spells and abilities have a chance to drench an enemy in freezing seawater that bounces to 2 nearby enemies, dealing \ Frost damage to each of them.
