Cyberpunk 2077 didn't live up to the promise of a living, breathing city you can lose yourself in, but thanks to the modder community, PC players can now experience a more immersive life in the dystopian Night City. With a new mod, players can now micro-manage all their character's needs — from hunger to sleep.
'Live in Night City' is a new fan project for Cyberpunk 2077, created by modder FonWasH. This mod adds Survival mode to the game, making it a necessity to keep V healthy by managing his everyday needs. You have to keep an eye on the dynamic status notifications for hunger, thirst, and fatigue. Otherwise, you'll get special penalties that will reduce your character's capabilities.

One notable thing here is how V's needs intersect with each other, creating different consequences for their health. For instance, drinking alcohol increases the character's thirst but also reduces their fatigue, while taking a shower decreases fatigue less than resting, but also decreases their thirst. The best way for you to keep the protagonist in the best shape possible is to drop by your apartment occasionally, take a nap on the bed or the sofa (remember V's iconic sleep position?), and have a quick snack.
If your character's needs stats are low, you'll get various penalties, reducing the total stamina or total health levels — and V can even get stunned or fall to the ground. For those who like an extra challenge, the character may even die from such penalties on hard difficulty, so examine all the mod options carefully to gain the exact experience you desire.
