Cuphead Co-Creator Thinks Everyone Needs To Eat One Boss In Particular [EXCLUSIVE]
A recent Screen Rant interview with two of Cuphead's creators Chad and Jared Moldenhauer revealed there's one boss, in particular, they believe everyone should eat in real life. The massively popular run-and-gun series received its final addition, a DLC entitled The Delicious Last Course, last month. The DLC introduced new bosses, moves, and mechanics to the beloved series as its final sendoff.
Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course takes players to the new area of D.L.C. Isle on a quest to bring Ms. Chalice — the Legendary Chalice from the base game — out of the astral plane into a permanent physical form. To do so, they must gather ingredients for Jolly Chef Saltbaker, a new character who promises to bake a magical tart that will give Ms. Chalice a corporeal form indefinitely. The DLC lets players fight as Ms. Chalice in both its new battles and the iconic boss fights from the original game. A new playable character, combined with items, weapons, and beautifully-designed bosses give dimension to Cuphead and adds replayability to the title.

A follow-up Screen Rant interview with co-creators Chad and Jared Moldenhauer was held after the release of The Delicious Last Course, where they went more in-depth about the DLC and franchise as a whole. Among the many interesting topics discussed in the interview was a hilarious revelation on what Jared Moldenhauer wants fans to take away from their Cuphead experience, inspired by one of the original bosses.
