To find the Mad Monster Follower form in Cult of the Lamb, players will first have to run into a specific encounter while Crusading. If players keep an eye out for a Shop Icon (specifically one that appears to have fruit and vegetable icons on it) they should eventually run into a merchant Shrimp known as Rakshasa.
