If players are leveling up the prestige of their rooms to at least five before moving on to other rooms, they'll have this on autopilot. The rest of these objectives will require some work.
Many of these requirements (grades, classes, student level, and training) are directly tied to academics. Although only one teacher is required to be level five, it needs to be a goal to get every professor to at least five; closer to ten is preferable for those A+ classes. While training up the staff, get every janitor a few levels in Security as well. Finally, upgrade everything that can be upgraded to really get those grades sky high.
