In terms of general PC options, Modern Warfare II has a «Quick Settings» menu, new for this year's game, with access to up to 15 options that players can access in and out of matches. Options like master volume, stick sensitivity, mouse sensitivity, and brightness are saved in Quick Settings--in past games, they would have been found in different menus. Players can hover over any of the additional options to save it to Quick Settings.

Additionally, players can tweak things like automatic sprint and automatic mantle, while walk speed can be adjusted as well. Keybinds are available in Modern Warfare II as well.
