Eagle Fang Karate's uniforms in Cobra Kai reference Johnny Lawrence's The Karate Kid past. Throughout the four seasons of Cobra Kai, the sequel series has turned William Zapka's character into much more than Daniel LaRusso's rival. That contentious relationship is still at the heart of the show, but Johnny has used karate to try and get his life back on track. This originally included relaunching Cobra Kai, but season 3 saw him start his own dojo: Eagle Fang Karate.
Johnny's karate dojo took on a bigger role in Cobra Kai season 4, as Eagle Fang Karate teamed up with Miyagi-Do Karate to train for the All Valley Tournament. Miguel Diaz is Eagle Fang's star student and was seen as the favorite to win the men's bracket of the tournament to defend his title. When it finally came time for the All Valley Tournament, everyone associated with Eagle Fang Karate walked out wearing the dojo's new red uniforms.
