While Season Two is in full swing, Sledgehammer Games isn't slowing down when it comes to bringing fresh content into Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone for players to enjoy. The Call of Duty mid-season refresh, Reloaded, is set to bring some big changes and fresh challenges for players to dig into between the Rebirth Island update to the new Arms Race mode. Ahead of Reloaded going live, Sledgehammer and Activision have given players a quick glimpse as to what they can expect when they log in on March 23 with a new trailer.
Call of Duty: Vanguard is Sledgehammer Games' third entry in Activision's long-running series with the studio serving as the lead developer. It takes the series back to World War 2 as players fill the boots of a special forces unit sent into Germany to stop a secret plot from within the Nazi ranks to ensure the Reich survives. Warzone also received an update with the addition of Caldera, an island in the Pacific Ocean serving as the third map for the battle royale mode alongside Verdansk and Rebirth Island.

However, Rebirth Island is the point of focus in the Season Two Reloaded trailer highlighting the aforementioned mid-season refresh. The trailer, narrated by Captain Butcher, shows off the three new zones being added to Rebirth Island for players to explore and fight within for useful gear. That said, the biggest addition may be the new weapon trade stations where players can swap out gear for fresh «shooters,» as Butcher calls them, in the hopes of winning the match.
The trailer also gives a taste of the chaos inside Arms Race, the limited time 12v12 mode where the teams will battle in the new Alps map. Butcher explains
