Sony has published a list of over 50 PS5 Pro enhanced games available at the $700 mid-gen upgrade console’s launch on November 7.
In a post on PlayStation Blog, Tim Turi, Content Communications Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment, published a list of 55 games set to receive the PS5 Pro Enhanced treatment in time for the console’s release later this week.
The list includes many games already confirmed to be receiving PS5 Pro updates, but there are some fans did not know about, including the recently released Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Activision has yet to detail the enhancements PS5 Pro will deliver to Black Ops 6, which is based around 60 frames per second on all platforms (including last-gen).
Black Ops 6 is one of two Activision Blizzard and thus Microsoft-owned games enhanced on Sony’s PS5 Pro, sitting alongside Blizzard’s action RPG Diablo 4. Again, Blizzard has yet to detail the enhancements here. Other games of note on the list include Baldur’s Gate 3, No Man’s Sky, Palworld, and EA Sports FC 25.
With PS5 Pro’s release fast approaching we’re getting a better sense of what it will do for PS5 games. Over the weekend Insomniac detailed the improvements coming to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and we know Lords of the Fallen will benefit, too.
“On November 7 PlayStation 5 Pro unleashes a new era of impressive visuals,” Turi said. “The console enables graphical enhancements like advanced ray tracing, PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, and silky smooth framerates of 60hz or 120hz through an upgraded GPU (depending on your TV).
“Of course, crackling new power means little without immersive games to get lost in. This list is a sample of more than 50 games boasting PS5 Pro enhancements at launch, with many more to follow.”
