The release of The Witch Queen in February saw plenty of new content drop into Destiny 2 for players to dig their teeth into, whether it was the legendary campaign or new raid, Vow of the Disciple. On the PvP side, though, the Crucible was not shown as much love as there were no new maps or additional modes, with the only content being two older maps being brought back to the rotation. Destiny 2's latest expansion, The Witch Queen, was released in February 2022 and pitted guardians against the Hive's god of cunning, Savathun, who has somehow gained the Light. Standing between guardians and Savathun are the Hive Guardians of her Lucent Brood, Hive also reborn in the light and wielding powers similar to those guardians have used for years.
