When it comes out, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 has the opportunity to avoid one of the series' longest-running clichés. Most — but not all - Zelda games start with Link waking up from either sleep or unconsciousness, and Breath of the Wild is no different. BOTW 2 has the opportunity to use a different start to its story, one where Link is already awake.
