Warning! Spoilers ahead for Blue Exorcist chapter 133.2!
The odd way Rin Okumura's brother Yukio acts in the latest chapter of Blue Exorcist creates the impression that he's actually more traumatized than originally believed. This is troubling since Yukio apparently resolved all of his inner demons before the manga went on hiatus.
Most fans who have just watched the anime mistakenly believe that Rin has had it worse than Yukio in Blue Exorcist since Rin possesses Satan's blue flame. But manga readers learned early on that not only does the same blue flame actually manifest in one of Yukio's eyes, but that he's overwhelmed by profound feelings of inadequacy when compared to his brother. This has caused Yukio to put his own life in mortal danger numerous times. He's even almost killed Rin. Although Yukio is a deeply disturbed individual, Blue Exorcist hinted last year that he'd finally put all of his troubles behind him by opening up to Rin about his true feelings and even admitting to himself that he's the source of his own troubles.

But in chapter 133.2 of Blue Exorcist by mangaka Kazue Kato, Yukio appears deeply troubled. His actions are so disquieting that Shura Kirigakure, one of the most hated manga characters in Blue Exorcist, expresses concern more than once when her numerous attempts to rile him up fail. Her distress is much more acute, however, as evident by the sheer look of horror on her face. She isn't just surprised or disappointed that she isn't getting to him.
