Angela White, more famously known as Blac Chyna, recently claimed that the judge that oversaw her case with The Kardashians family was biased and filed a motion for him to be disqualified, but this motion was overthrown. Chyna and the Kardashian family had their first court hearing on April 15, 2022, after Chyna sued the family for $100 million. The trial had been years in the making, and the famous family was being sued by Chyna for loss of earning damages and loss of future earning capacity damages as she believed the family caused her reality series with Rob Kardashian, Rob & Chyna, to be canceled.
The 10-day trial was filled with several dramatic moments, including Tokyo Toni, Chyna's mother, being removed and denied further access to the trial after making threatening comments toward the Kardashians on social media. At first, things seemed to be going in Chyna's favor, especially after she had an emotional breakdown while speaking about the explicit images Rob posted of her on social media. However, her chances began to look slim after the Kardashian-Jenner family took the stand to deliver their testimonies. The family members honed in on Chyna's physical abuse toward Rob and even her ex-boyfriend, Tyga. After the jury heard from both parties, they found that the Kardashian-Jenner family did not play a role in having Chyna's reality series canceled; her legal team planned to appeal this decision.
