Earlier this week, a YouTuber called Mae blew the Baldur's Gate 3 speedrunning community wide open, despite most of us still being engrossed by the first act. Upon discovering an exploit that uses Gale to cast Enhance Leap, Mae hopped her way to the game's final credits in a startingly short ten minutes and three seconds, mostly thanks to a cop-out ending you can take that skips the game's entire third act.
Now that Mae has set the world record for the standard completion of the game, they're looking for more records to break, and recently decided to find out the shortest amount of time it takes to bed one of the game's characters (thanks PC Gamer). In true Baldur's Gate 3 fashion, there is now an official Sex% category on speedrun.com, which was first conceptualized by Th3Vale on Twitter. Many people have tried their hand at the Sex% speedrun, but Mae has smashed the previous record of 17 minutes and 42 seconds thanks to their Gale hopping antics.

You can check out Mae's run down below, which starts out with them aptly naming their character Gigachad Thundercock. Just like with their previous world record run, they hop through the game's opening area with ease, avoiding all of the combat encounters they possibly can. After escaping and landing on the Ravaged Beach, they then quickly hop to Lae'zal's rescue and then proceed to take down the goblins in front of Emerald Grove.
After that, Mae uses their character to punch a man, does some more hopping around a nearby camp, abuses a Tiefling to impress their girlfriend to be, and then takes the shortest long rest you've ever seen to kick off Lae'zel's romance scene. After all that, we've found
