Ubisoft has detailed the latest Assassin’s Creed Valhalla patch ahead of its release on June 28.
Headlining the game’s 1.5.3 update is the free Bifröst Bundle, which includes the Shimmering Shield and Iridescent Axe.
“These weapons were chiseled from the same crystal used to build the Bifröst, Asgard’s rainbow bridge,” Ubisoft said.
Players will be able to claim the Bifröst Bundle for free in the Animus store from June 28 to July 26.
The latest patch also includes multiple bug fixes and improvements, which we’ve republished in full below.
It will be released on June 28 at 5am PDT / 8am EDT / 1pm BST / 2pm CEST / 10pm AEST.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is set to receive a free rogue-lite inspired mode called The Forgotten Saga this summer.
It will be followed later this year by the release of the last episode of protagonist Eivor’s story.
Ubisoft said earlier this month that it plans to “unveil the future of Assassin’s Creed” in September.
While not officially announced, it has been claimed that Ubisoft is planning to release a smaller-scale, stealth-focused Assassin’s Creed game this year or in 2023.
Codenamed Assassin’s Creed Rift and starring Valhalla character Basim, it will reportedly be released before the officially announced Assassin’s Creed Infinity, which is a collaboration between Ubisoft Quebec (Odyssey) and Ubisoft Montreal (Origins and Valhalla).
