Mobile battle royale game Free Fire has received an Assassin's Creed crossover that introduces all players to an in-game reskin, the Leap of Faith maneuver, and much more. Free Fire ended 2021 with a Money Heist event called Final Episode: Raid and Run, inviting players to join a rescue mission in Bermuda for a limited period of time. Now, another crossover event has entered the mix for Garena's hit mobile title.

Today, March 3, Free Fire players can access an Assassin's Creed-themed collaboration that features a new theme song («The Creed of Fire,» which is available on Spotify), thematic reskin, and an exclusive building known as Sanctuary. While the Bermuda map's newest point of interest will play host to several must-have items, users will also want to climb atop Sanctuary to perform the Assassin Order's sacred initiation rite — the Leap of Faith. The Free Fire xAssassin's Creed crossover additionally boasts themed redesigns for in-game elements such as the airplane, airship, and vending machine.
Free Fire counts as just one of the battle royale titles that Ubisoft is crossing over with its most popular brand. Later this month, Master Assassin Ezio will join Fortnite as a playable character, bringing with him the iconic hidden blades, built-in Assassin's Strike emote, and his classic robes. March marks a big month for the core series as well, since Assassin's Creed Valhalla's all-new Dawn of Ragnarök expansion will hit digital stores next week on Thursday, March 10. The forthcoming content release will revolve around Odin's attempt to rescue his son Baldr from an otherworldly kidnapper in the realm of Svartalfheim.
