Popular multiplayer online battle royale title Garena Free Fire has announced its collaboration with Bangtan Sonyeondan, better known as BTS. BTS is one of the world’s leading boy bands. With this collaboration, BTS elements and events will be available to play on Free Fire. In 2022, Garena has been focussing on collaborations a lot. It just completed its collaboration with Assassin’s Creed where a building called Sanctuary was placed in the map. There were other fun events to mark the collaboration as well. These partnerships have become very popular among fans as they get to experience the same game in different avatars.

Taking to its Instagram account, Garena Free Fire posted, “We are happy to announce our global collaboration with 21st century pop icons, BTS! The collaboration will see one of the world’s most streamed artists worldwide enter the world of Free Fire for a never-before-seen event later in March.”

“BTS has established itself as one of the world’s most well-loved groups that have won the hearts and minds of hundreds of millions worldwide. Fans and players of Free Fire can look forward to a series of collaboration events and activities in the weeks to follow, both in the game and beyond,” the post added.

While not much is known about the event, but based on the previous collaborations, gamers and ARMY can expect special events, skins, costumes and map specific items to be available once this collaboration kicks off.
