Spider-Man: No Way Home famously had three versions of its titular superhero appear on screen, but it wasn’t the first movie to do so, as Ant-Man already accomplished that six years prior. Granted, a major difference there is that Ant-Man didn’t call attention to that whereas it was a major draw for No Way Home that also tied into the premise of the film. Even so, the fact of the matter is that it’s still something that had already been done well before No Way Home came out.
One of the major selling points for No Way Home, even before its release when official sources kept denying it, was that all three of the live-action Spider-Men—Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland—would star in the movie. The films of both the Raimiverse and the Amazing Spider-Man duology still have a multitude of admirers years after they both ended, so the idea of them crossing over with the MCU drew a lot of attention from people who had been wanting to see more of them. Naturally, all three Spider-Men being in No Way Home became one of the biggest highlights of the film, and the fact that it was done in a way that went beyond pure fanservice made it even more enjoyable.

No Way Home having three different Spider-Men appear was an impressive feat, but Ant-Man had actually already broken this ground years before.
