PSVR2 sequel Another Fisherman's Tale will release for Sony's headset on 11th May 2023, its publisher Vertigo Games has confirmed. A four-minute gameplay showcase accompanies today's news, which reveals everything you can expect from the second chapter of the game. The sequel to A Fisherman's Tale, which drew positive reviews on Sony's first VR headset, its mechanics have been reinvented to let you detach, replace, and control your own limbs and objects in the environment. «Throw Bob’s hand across a ravine and then make it crawl to retrieve an object, or send your head elsewhere for a different view of things,» a press release mentions. «Control your environment with your puppeteering hands, picking up distant objects, items and tools and interacting with each level’s unique layout.»
The new release date helps to flesh out the list of New PSVR2 Game Release Dates in 2023, with Walkabout Mini Golf also out the same day while Hello Neighbor: Search and Rescue follows two weeks later.
