The genre-defying animated series Undone returns to Amazon Prime Video for its second season on April 29, and the stakes are higher than ever. Created by BoJack Horseman’s Kate Purdy and Raphael Bob-Waksberg, the series heralded Amazon’s debut into original adult animation when it first premiered in September 2019 to much critical acclaim and audience enthusiasm.
The heart of the story explores the elastic nature of reality through its protagonist, Alma Winograd-Diaz (Rosa Salazar, Brand New Cherry Flavor). After a near-death experience involving a car accident, Alma found herself living through time in a new way and uses her abilities to discover the truth behind her father Jacob’s (Bob Odenkirk, Better Call Saul) death. When season 2 opens, Alma is still living with her her mother Camila (Constance Marie, With Love) and sister Becca (Angelique Cabral, Life In Pieces), but comes to realize she doesn't know them as well as she thought she did.
