In a secret move, Meta owned photo sharing app Instagram has just removed an important feature without letting users know about it! Social media tech giant has reportedly removed the ability for its users to limit their daily usage of the app to less than 30 minutes. As of now, the app has a user-defined limit for as low as 15 minutes, or even 10 minutes per day. However, now the minimum time limit has been increased to 30 minutes and this means such short durations are no longer possible. So, after the update, users can see the new limits from 30 minutes, 45 minutes, one hour, two hours, to three hours.
Just a few months back Instagram introduced its 'Take a Break' feature that allowed users to opt-in to receive periodic reminders if they've been on the app for longer.
Meanwhile, Instagram has recently rolled out a new Story Like feature that will allow users to like a story without cluttering their DM.
