Aika Online Global Brings the Faction PvP MMORPG Back, With Open Beta Launching Today
Aika Online Global is a new global relaunch of Aika Online, with updates and tweaks. The game is being released via a partnership between developer HanbitSoft and publisher CBM Games, with open beta beginning today.
The open beta test is here, after a short delay. You can jump in from today through November 16th at 7:00 PM ET. The team is looking to get as many players on to test the server stability, test the infrastructure and help them to make sure the servers are ready for heavier loads. For those who pre-registered before the open beta, the team has also included some currency to help them to test out the cash shop.
Aika Online Global is a faction PvP-oriented game featuring several factions that are involved in a relic war. It has several class options and additional classic PvP MMORPG features. It's just the latest relaunched classic MMORPG targeting a global audience. CBM plans to release the game with a level cap of 99 eventually, but first the open beta will help them finish polishing up the upcoming global release.
There will be a complete wipe after the open beta, so if you decide to take part, expect that all of your data, including character names and any currency is going to get wiped before launch. If you haven't tried Aika before or maybe you tried it in the past and are looking to see if it's still for you, the open beta is now available for the next week to jump into.
