Every month, Marvel SNAP fans are treated to a new season pass, relevant rewards, and an all-around theme to every nook and cranny of the fantastically addicting mobile trading card game. For October, they had no choice but to keep it spooky with the Bloodstone event.
It’s easy to get lost in knowing everything going on for the month. So, instead of getting technical, let’s break down all of the sections you should look at if you’re playing Marvel SNAP .
From October 3rd to November 6th, you can log into the game and grab a free variant of Doctor Strange. Whether you have his base card or not, you get him. The variant is in collaboration with the recent Marvel’s Midnight Suns game and you can use him directly in your deck right now!
Considering you don’t normally get Doctor Strange right out the gate in the game, he can be a really useful and powerful card to add to your Spiderverse or “move” deck. He runs as a 3-cost, 3-power card. But, his ability is an “On Reveal” that pulls your highest power cards to his location.
This month is about the monster hunter Elsa Bloodstone in the season pass. You get her base card at level 1 if you purchase the pass. But hitting level 50 gets you her badass Nightforged variant.
In addition, you can earn Nightforged variants of both Ghost Rider and Blade during the pass and a ton of boosters, matching avatars for each, cardbacks, gold, and credits. A lot of these are also unlockable for those that spend no money.
If you’re into collecting titles like I am, you’ll have fun with some spooky-themed ones this month. At level 9, you earn “Nightstalking From Home”. At level 27, the Ghost Rider-focused “But Does Your Chain Do THIS?” is earned by both season pass purchasers and free users. At
