Happy Friday all!
Hope your weekend is off to a good start! Next week Patch 2.4 will go live with a rework of the rewards you’ll receive for participating in our limited-time events, offering even more opportunities to power up your Heroes!

What were the main reasons for reworking rewards in this way?
Limited-time events should be something to get motivated about, even after repeat play. We had been getting feedback from players saying that the rewards available should be more consistent, so we looked at how we could standardize them (e.g. making sure all of them granted Exotic rewards to your entire eligible roster vs only the Hero you were using when you completed the objective) and then gave each event a specific theme of Exotics to give them a stronger identity.
We also were planning to add a path for players to upgrade their items to 175 outside of Family Reunion and Discordant Sound and thought this was a good place to do so. One of the things we are looking at for future endgame content is how we add reward chases while still allowing players who don’t engage with endgame content a path to upgrade. We’ll talk about that more later this year.
