When Yara was first featured on a Ukrainian reality TV show at the young age of 19, she hoped to date a rich foreigner as they are more intelligent than Ukrainian men. Thanks to Jovi's ROV supervisor job, the couple got to travel worldwide, including countries like Brazil, Indonesia, Egypt, Greece, and Ukraine. In 2018, Yara became pregnant with Jovi's baby, but she suffered a tragic miscarriage when the couple was exploring Croatia.
