90 Day Fiance: Mahogany's Lies that Made Ben Rightfully Suspicious
On episode 11 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, Mahogany Roca’s parents revealed another lie that has Ben Rathbun even more suspicious of her. Ben is 52 and grew up partaking in a religious cult. He was married for 24 years and had three children, but he realized he wanted a different life. Ben got divorced and began searching for his soulmate online, where he met Mahogany.
Mahogany is a 22-year-old woman from Peru who also has a strong faith in God, which played a significant role in Ben’s attraction to her. They texted for about three months and although they never video chatted, Ben flew to Peru to meet the woman he believed he was supposed to marry.

When he arrived, Mahogany was a no-show and blamed it on her father’s hesitance about Ben. Ben planned a dinner date and 90DF's Mahogany eventually showed up. However, their interaction together has revealed several of Mahogany’s lies, which caused Ben to be rightfully suspicious of her.
Mahogany refused to video chat with Ben, but she had no problem sending selfies. At one point, she even sent him a video to prove she was real. However, when Mahogany arrived at the restaurant, she didn’t look like the selfies Ben received. He told the cameras, “Mahogany does look a little different than she does in the pictures and I could tell that the pictures that she sent me were doctored a little bit.”
About a month before their meeting, Mahogany told Ben she lived with her parents. She took him to see her apartment, where Ben realized she lived alone. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only concern, as he realized how uncomfortable she was in the apartment, which made viewers believe 90DF's Mahogany
