Electronic Arts has released nine minutes of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor gameplay.
Published by IGN and viewable below, it provides a look at one of the new planets players will explore in Respawn’s sequel, which picks up five years after the events of the hit 2019 release Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
The mission sees protagonist Cal Kestis, one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy, seeking help to fix his ship after crash landing on a planet called Koboh.

In December, EA announced that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor would be released for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on March 17, 2023. But last week it delayed the release of the third person, narrative-driven action-adventure title by a month and a half.
“For the last three years, the Jedi team here at Respawn has poured its collective heart and soul into Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and we are proud to say the next chapter in the tale of Cal Kestis is content complete,” Respawn said in a statement announcing the delay.
“We are now focused entirely on the final stage: bug fixes to enhance performance, stability, polish, and most importantly, the player experience.”
It added: “In order for the team to hit the Respawn quality bar, provide the team the time they need, and achieve the level of polish our fans deserve, we have added six crucial weeks to our release schedule – Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will now launch globally on April 28th.”
