For more than four years now, the Epic Games Store has regularly given away free games. Every Thursday at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET, Epic offers at least one free PC game (sometimes two or three, though!). All you need to do to claim the free games is create a free Epic account and enable two-factor authentication to start snagging freebies. We keep this article up to date weekly to highlight both the current free games and next week's offerings.
From now until May 4 at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET, you can claim Breathedge and Poker Club. Breathedge is a first-person survival game set in space. Poker Club is, unsurprisingly, a poker sim. Unlike many Poker games, Poker Club has realistic graphics and aims to make you feel like you are actually at a poker tournament. Poker Club features multiplayer tournaments for up to 200 players.
Starting May 4, you can grab Horizon Chase Turbo and Kao the Kangaroo. Horizon Chase Turbo is a great arcade racer to play both solo and with friends. If you're nostalgic for 3D platforming-collectathons, Kao the Kangaroo is definitely worth checking out. It's the first new entry in the franchise since 2005, and it authentically replicates the overarching design and core loop of games like Spyro the Dragon and Banjo-Kazooie.
We're keeping a running list of every free game that Epic users have been able to claim in the past. From AAA
