Netflix has released the official trailer for its newest SpongeBob SquarePants spin-off, which will now center around the titular villain and his robot wife, Karen.
The film is scheduled to start streaming on Friday, March 7. This comes after last year’s adventure comedy spin-off Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie, which followed the titular squirrel back to her hometown in Texas. “Plankton’s world is flipped upside down when his plan for world domination is thwarted,” reads the official logline.
