The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Legend of Soaring Spear is something you'll learn about in the Tobio's Hollow area of Necluda. From the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower, travel slightly to the southwest until you see a hilly section just before the jungles of Faron.

Throw the Zonai Spear with a wing from the pedestal through the ring. Should your aim be true and right, you'll be blessed with dispelling light.
